一、钢绳断裂—有些客户在刚投入使用升降机中没有一个准确的把握，一开始都是想运输什么就运输什么，忽略了机器本身超载负荷的问题，这就会导致升降机在长时间使用过程中造成钢绳不断的断裂，因为钢绳都是由几十条钢丝缠绕而成的，正常使用的情况下是不会一次性全部断裂，随着使用期限的增长磨损都是循序渐进的，所以升降机厂家提醒大家在使用过程中一定要考虑机器的负荷标准，以免使用中因超载负荷产生隐患。

二、齿轮打滑—这个问题也是广大客户在使用过程中经常见到的情况，如果懂机械的人就会用较老的方法，向齿轮之间撒一把干土，这样就能够增加齿轮的摩擦力。齿轮打滑原因就是物体太重，齿轮的力度无法提起物体的重力，这就很容易导致齿轮打滑，我们也可以找一个稍微大一点的齿轮替换就可以轻松解决齿轮打滑问题。
